Home sales are increasing! This July there was a 1.9 per cent increase in comparison to June, according to the Canadian Real Estate Association. This was the 3rd month in a row of recovery after a serious decrease in early 2018. Stress tests, mortgage rules, and interest rate increases disqualified and discouraged would-be home purchasers. Over half of all housing markets reported more sales last month in comparison to June.
