In July 2018 the average price of homes; this includes 2, 3, and 4 plus beds was $1,160,891. In August this number increased to $1,255,448, then $1,305,811 in September, and $1,435,624 in October. For only the first ten days of this November the Average price of a home was up to $1,548,165. The expectation based on the data is that this number has increased up to now and will continue before the end of the year.
