There’s plans for lots of new development to come for Oakville and Burlington! There has not yet been a formal application for this project. The idea is an 11-storey, 132 unit, condominium building at 401 – 417 Martha St. downtown Burlington. This condo building would consist of 12 one bedroom units, 27 one bedroom, plus den units, 48 two bedroom units, 40 two bedroom, plus den units, and five three bedroom units. This past November,19, 2018 there was a public open house where the Planner and A. There were some concerns: the shadows the development will create during the winter which will cause icy sidewalks, traffic flow in the area, lack of accommodation for senior needs, and the number of visitor parking spaces. #burlingtonrealestate #oakvillerealestate
