This December,10th, 2018; Oakville’s Planning and Development Council is having a public meeting where they will be presenting an Official Plan Amendment for a new development. Oakville residents are welcome. The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Rd. This development would consist of 290 apartments, and 15 stacked townhouses. In the Dundas Urban Core area buildings with a maximum height of eight storeys and a maximum floor space index (FSI) of 2.5 are permitted. However, the goal of the proposed Official Plan Amendment is to permit a 10 storey building with an FSI of 2.69. #oakvillerealestate #newdevelopment
