In Ontario, realtors are able to share the price of a competing offer with another buyer, but only if all parties involved agree. However, this is rarely done. This enables all those interested to make a fully informed offer, and can also benefit sellers by bringing in more buyers who are not a fan of blind bidding. OREA asked that the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act allow agents to not only be able to disclose offer price, but also details like closing dates and any other conditions related to potential bidders. #OREA #realestate #ontariorealestate
