In 2018 and 2019, low interest rates and government spending hikes, will support real estate in Ontario. With a more balanced market, buyers will have a better choice of homes and more time to consider purchases as competition eases. Home sellers should expect their property to remain on the market longer. The possibility of a price correction is low.
