The elections are over and PC wins! PC promises to cut taxes for corporate and small businesses. Ontarians in the middle class could see their tax bills decrease by around 20%. Also, there has been mentions of child-care tax reforms and lower taxes on gas and hydro. There will be less stress on the pockets of home buyers. We are expecting the Oakville real estate market to pick up from the last few months slow sales. Things are looking up from here!
